When the case of Respiration, and Metabolic Acidosis reaches a chronic stage where the gases are not expel from the body, the Lungs are saying I needed help from the Kidneys, the Kidneys are saying I needed help from the Lungs, the kidneys went to Dialysis, and the Lungs went to the mechanical ventilation.
