Whether you are asking a question, or making a statement, the I am always tired phrase, can seem endless when one try to pinpoint the reason. The broad way can lead a doctor to ask many question.
There are some that complain about the doctor asking so many questions, I have heard some say, I went to him for answers, and all he did was ask me questions.
The reason is he/she maybe trying to minimize the prognosis. This topic does more to spotlight this website title than any other.
A direct answer is, I am exhausted, humanly exhausted, which will cover everything, physical, mental, spiritual, and social.
Group therapy is good for support, and sometime to help with solutions, but usually the condition goes beyond group therapy, instead, all the way to the clinic of professionals.

When you come home from a long day, its understandable that you are tired, but when you get up in the morning after a night's rest, and you feel tired there might be some underlying issues that need professional attention.
Please don't ignore your feeling, you get up and go back to work as if everything is alright, take the time out, and hear what your body is trying to tell you.
