I feel lost

My name is Austin, I have been reading a lot trying to figure out what to do, and where to start. I am always falling asleep, no matter how much I sleep. I will pull over and take a nap, in my car, on my way home from work. I have even gotten to work, and fell asleep in the parking lot before I could even go in. My other problem is I have OCD, so my mind is always going crazy. I wake up in the night to check the doors and windows, to see if they're locked, and I always have to go to the bathroom. I drink an unhealthy amount of water a day, I can't help it I always feel thirsty. Any info I can get would help, I feel lost, because all of this is taking over my life.. Thanks
