My Child Is Anxious
A Vulnerability in Children

When children suffer from a severe anxiety disorder, their thinking, decision-making ability, perceptions of the environment, learning and concentration may be affected. The whole little individual is in disarray.

They don't just undergo fearful modes, they become nervous, verbally passive, and may start to withdraw. Anxiety will raise your blood pressure, heart rate, create stomach pain, and cause weaknesses.

Like adults children can suffer from general anxiety disorder, or obsessive compulsive disorder. The symptoms are the same in both disorders for adults and children.
