Even though that might be controversial to some people,but crying is a natural way to relieve stress,and anxiety.A scientific study shows the mind enters a pure state of consciousness the unbounded source of all thoughts, in this deep state of rest and transquility,the body begin to heal itself gradually,thus eleminating the effects of stress and anxiety,perhaps crying is the beginning stage of that episode.
